My experience as a Master's level psychotherapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, in-person and online psychotherapy. I have worked with people of all ages and a wide range of mental health concerns, and provide a neutral ground and safe space to individuals, families, and couples.

How to complete a "Wellness Wheel", an art therapy intervention to help take stock in how life is going and how to find areas that can be improved. All you need is a pencil and paper but you could add markers, colored pencils or even paint.
Do a 5 minute activity to get "unstuck". This activity is uplifting and clarifying.

This activity can provide balance and help manage intrusive thoughts.
Do a guided meditation that you can take with you throughout your day to provide calming.
Use this technique to calm yourself. Can also help energize. Great for winter blues or recovering from illness.
